Our Seller Fees Tech organization forms the foundation of Amazon's marketplace financial ecosystem, responsible for calculating, processing, and managing the complex fee structures that enable sellers to do business across Amazon's global marketplaces. Supporting over 2MM+ active sellers, our systems handle billions of transactions annually, ensuring accurate and transparent fee calculations, incentive distributions, and financial adjustments for selling partners worldwide. Our work informs seller economics and supports pricing strategies, inventory decisions, and incentive mechanisms that reward behaviors aligned with customer-centric goals.
As a TPM III on our Expansions team, you'll spearhead end-to-end execution of complex technical initiatives that require coordinating across multiple engineering teams, business units, and stakeholders. You will also lead the adoption of GenAI technologies to improve team efficiency and delivery capabilities, ensuring our technical solutions scale effectively across Amazon's growing global marketplace portfolio.

Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
Lead complex cross-team programs
Develop comprehensive program plans with milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource requirements
Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery or quality
Drive execution through stakeholder management, clear communication, and disciplined issue resolution
Define and track program success metrics aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
Facilitate decision-making to resolve blockers and maintain momentum
Technical Leadership
Partner with engineering leaders to balance scalability, performance, and time-to-market
Lead the adoption of GenAI technologies to improve development efficiency and code quality
Ensure architectural decisions support cross-marketplace compatibility and global scalability
Facilitate design reviews and architecture discussions to drive alignment
Identify and address technical dependencies across systems and teams
Collaborate with product and engineering to define technical requirements that meet business needs
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with engineering, product, operations, and business teams
Communicate program status, risks, and achievements to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Manage expectations and negotiate trade-offs with competing priorities or resource constraints
Provide visibility into program progress through metrics, dashboards, and regular updates
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align on objectives and approaches
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working with software engineering teams
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with Gen-AI technologies and tools
