The Role

This opportunity is best suited to professionals with extensive experience overseeing large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use construction projects in the region. Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all phases of construction and project execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with budget and quality standards.
• Provide strategic oversight and direction across project planning, resource allocation, and operational execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation.
• Uphold international best practices in construction management and client servicing.
