As a Senior Project Manager - Construction (Onsite) at ENDENA Consulting , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. With a minimum of 20 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Provide regular updates to clients and senior management on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices.
