This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance creative design solutions with practical construction requirements while managing stakeholders and ensuring project goals are met.## ##Responsibilities :Lead the design management process across all project phases, ensuring design quality, buildability, and alignment with client requirementsCoordinate and manage design consultants, architects, and engineers to deliver cohesive design solutionsReview and validate design documents for compliance with project specifications, regulations, and standardsFacilitate design workshops and coordinate design reviews with project stakeholdersManage the design change process, including evaluation of cost and schedule impactsDevelop and maintain the design program and project brief in collaboration with the clientEnsure timely production and delivery of design packages to support construction activitiesIdentify design risks and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain design quality control systems throughout the project lifecycleBridge communication between design and construction teams to resolve technical challenges## ##Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field7-10 years of experience in design management for construction projectsStrong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction methodologiesProven track record of successfully managing complex design processesExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to various audiencesProficiency in design and construction documentation softwareStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesExperience with sustainable design principles and practicesProfessional certification (PMP, AIA, LEED AP, etc.) preferredLocation :On-site –Riyadh, SAUIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
