About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Leader to launch and lead CODOT’s expansion in Saudi Arabia , one of our most strategic markets.

This is not a traditional sales role. It is a leadership position for someone ambitious, goal driven, and ready to build a market from zero to dominance.

You will lead CODOT’s growth in Saudi Arabia from client acquisition and partnerships to scaling our network of screens nationwide. You will work directly with the founders to build CODOT into one of the region’s most powerful tech platforms.

Your Mission

• Build and lead CODOT’s market presence across Saudi Arabia
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients including media owners, restaurants, real estate developers, and enterprises
• Develop partnerships with agencies, LED suppliers, and distributors
• Lead client demos, negotiations, and closings
• Design and execute a Saudi growth strategy with measurable KPIs
• Recruit and train a small local sales team as growth scales
• Report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in CODOT’s GCC expansion
