We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic

Information Technology Manager

to join our team in Riyadh. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives. Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, network, security, and telecommunications. Ensure the security and integrity of all data and information systems. Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize risk to the company's operations. Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their incorporation into the company's systems. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise in a timely manner. Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, databases, cybersecurity practices, cloud computing, etc. Experience managing a team of IT professionals. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred :

Professional certifications such as CISSP or PMP. Experience working in an international environment or managing remote teams. We offer a competitive salary of
