We are seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales strategies, and overseeing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they are meeting their targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the hotel
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
