Overview

Cast / Orthopedic Technician : Cast / Orthopedic technicians work directly with orthopedic doctors and surgeons in the treatment of bone and joint injuries. Principally, orthopedic technology involves the application and removal of casts, splints and braces. Be able to adjust crutches, walkers and other aids and provide instructions to patients in their use.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with orthopedic doctors and surgeons in the treatment of bone and joint injuries.
• Apply and remove casts, splints and braces.
• Adjust crutches, walkers and other mobility aids.
• Provide instructions to patients in the proper use of casts, splints, braces, and mobility aids.

Location

Dammam, Riyadh, Madinah, Jubail, Qatif and Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
