Oversee the dining room service to ensure an exceptional guest experience Supervise, direct, and coordinate all server tasks and manage the overall dining room staff while monitoring their work to ensure they meet the highest quality standards Greet guests warmly and ensure they receive attentive, high-quality service throughout their dining experience Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally Maintain expert knowledge of the menu, specials, and allergens to provide accurate recommendations Allocate tasks and table sections to ensure smooth operations Assist with training new staff in service standards, procedures, and customer service Ensure dining room setup, cleanliness, and presentation meet company standards Monitor food and beverage delivery for accuracy, timing, and presentation Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain efficient workflow Oversee table turnover and room flow during busy periods Support compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Skills
Associate Degree / Two (2) years’ Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management or Hospitality Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a head waiter Good English communication (speaking and writing) Age between 25-40 years Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance Seniority level
