Marketing Manager - Al Musanid

Job descriptionDevelop and implement the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Oversee the development and execution of client marketing campaigns across various industries. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key partners. Analyze market trends and monitor competitors to propose creative strategies for maintaining a competitive edge. Manage marketing budgets and ensure the highest possible return on investment. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and provide regular reports to senior management and clients. Lead continuous team development efforts and foster a creative and motivating work culture. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and marketing forums. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in digital marketing or brand management are a plus. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in leading a marketing agency. Preference for candidates with experience in delivering diverse marketing services to various sectors. Strong leadership and motivational skills in managing cross-functional teams. Ability to innovate, solve problems, and make decisions quickly. Proficiency in digital analytics tools and marketing dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot). Capability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently. Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to craft compelling proposals for clients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing team management, with a proven track record in running diverse marketing campaigns.
- Strong strategic planning abilities with a talent for developing both long-term and short-term marketing plans.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams (advertising, content, design, PR, digital marketing).
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and measuring return on investment (ROI).
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously and customize plans to meet their specific needs.
- Deep knowledge of various marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Paid Campaigns).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of representing the company in front of clients and strategic partners.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Role Summary
