Technical Sales Manager (Ref#082)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Technical Sales Manager with hands‑on experience in injection molding or extrusion, particularly working with PVC, to join our growing team. This person will act as the bridge between customer needs, product technical capabilities, and business development. You will be responsible for selling technically complex solutions, developing strong vendor and client relationships, and growing market presence in your territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to closing and after-sales support for injection molding / extrusion PVC products and related technical solutions.
• Understand and articulate the technical aspects of PVC processing (injection / extrusion), additives, and typical challenges and customer requirements in those processes.
• Work closely with R&D / Technical teams to ensure product fit, customization, and performance standards are met.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, channels, and markets in Saudi Arabia (and GCC if required).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders : molders, extruders, OEMs, vendors, suppliers.
• Provide technical demonstrations, training, and support to clients, helping them solve process issues (e.g. flow, shrinkage, color, additives compatibility).
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform product development and business strategy.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, and meet agreed sales targets.
