Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
- Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals.

Requirements
Education : bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
Experience : 8-10 years of experience.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance practices.In-depth understanding of vehicle and heavy equipment mechanics.Excellent diagnostic skills; proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.Regulatory compliance : knowledge of local regulations and safety standards related to fleet operations.Problem-solving skills.Team management skills.Strong in MS Office.Seniority level
