Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues. Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals. Technical Team Supervision. Preventive and corrective maintenance fleet management. Spare parts and inventory management. Technical Reporting. Requirements
Education : bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Experience : 8-10 years of experience. Required Skills
Strong knowledge of vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance practices. In-depth understanding of vehicle and heavy equipment mechanics. Excellent diagnostic skills; proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Regulatory compliance : knowledge of local regulations and safety standards related to fleet operations. Problem-solving skills. Team management skills. Strong in MS Office. Seniority level
