JobDescription :

AsaProjectSpecialist,youwillberesponsibleformanagingandoverseeingvariousprojectswithinourorganization.Youwillworkcloselywithcross-functionalteamstoensurethesuccessfulcompletionofprojectsontimeandwithinbudget.Yourrolewillinvolveplanning,executing,andmonitoringprojectactivities,aswellasidentifyingandmitigatingrisks

Responsibilities

Developprojectplans,includinggoals,objectives,deliverables,andtimelines.
Coordinateprojectactivitiesandresourcestoensuresuccessfulexecution.
Monitorprojectprogressandmakeadjustmentsasnecessarytoensureprojectgoalsaremet.
Identifyandmitigateprojectrisksandissues.
Communicateprojectstatusandupdatestostakeholdersandseniormanagement
Evaluateandmonitorcampaignperformanceonanongoingbasisbyanalyzingkeymetricsandcreatingcomprehensivereports.
Organizingandsupervisinglogistics,managingregistrations,etc.bycoordinatingwiththevendorsandcreatingadetailedplanfortheexecution.
Supportingthevariousinitiativesofthemarketingdepartmentbyorganizingandtrackingcampaignslikeemail,events,socialmedia,andcontentmarketing.
Examiningtheexistingmarketinginitiativesaswellasexecutingvariousnewmarketingcampaignssuccessfully.

Requirements

Bachelor'sdegreeinindustrialengineering

Excellentorganizationalandtimemanagementskills.

ExperienceinFMCGmanufacturingenvironment.

Hands-onexperienceinnbeverageprocessingandproductionusingTetraPaksystem.

Strongproblem-solvinganddecision-makingabilities.

Abilitytoworkwellunderpressureandmeettightdeadlines.

Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.

Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinacross-functionalteamenvironment.

Musthavestrongorganizationalandprojectmanagementskills,aswellasattentiontodetail.

Expertiseinmanagingprojectmanagementandkeenattentiontodetail.

Experienceincopywritingandproofreadingtoensuretheabilitytowriteandspeakfluently.

Abilitytoadvanceprojectsindependentlyandwithinthedeadlinebysettingtasksaccordingtopriority.
