Philip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a Commercial Capability Building Manager to join the team. As a Commercial Capability Building Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Organization Development, reporting to the Commercial Organization Development Manager. This position will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Commercial Capability Building Manager role is responsible for managing and executing Commercial Organization Development initiatives, programs and projects to build a flexible, empowered Commercial organization that promotes accountability and autonomy at all levels, focused on business results, exceptional in-field execution and business building with trade partners within the framework of Consumer Centric Organization.

Strategy & Vision Alignment

• Support the National Commercial Organization Development Manager in developing and executing commercial organization development strategies aligned with the company’s vision and commercial objectives.
• Monitor the progression of the commercial organization towards long-term goals, identifying areas for improvement and recommending action plans to management.
