Job Responsibilities

• Litigation Management : Independently responsible for the process management of all the company's proceedings, including case analysis, drafting of pleadings, case filing, court appearance, enforcement, etc., until the case is concluded.
• Accounts Receivable Collection : Lead and drive the collection of accounts receivable arising from leasing services, and formulate and implement effective legal collection strategies.
• External Resource Management : Select, coordinate, and manage external law firms, lawyers, and legal advisors to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of their work.
• Risk prevention and control : Identify legal risks in the company's business operations, especially risks related to contract performance and customer credit, and provide forward-looking preventive suggestions.
• Contracts and Compliance : Review major business contracts to ensure they comply with Saudi laws and regulations; handle other legal compliance matters related to the company's operations.
• Communication and Coordination : Collaborate closely with internal departments such as business, operations, and finance, and establish and maintain good working relationships with local courts, government agencies, and other relevant institutions.
