About the Location Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 km of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, an 18‑hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over‑tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal‑clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full‑service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.
About the Role The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the swimming pools and spa areas, ensuring guests experience a serene and luxurious environment. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and adherence to the high service standards synonymous with leading luxury hospitality brands.
What You Will Do Guest Experience
Greet guests warmly, providing information about spa services and facilities.
Ensure that the service at the swimming pools and spa areas is flawless.
Assist guests with spa appointments, locker arrangements, and facility usage.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Enforce swimming and spa guidelines courteously to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
Operational Excellence
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of swimming pools, all spa areas, including locker rooms and relaxation lounges.
Replenish amenities such as towels, robes, toiletries, and refreshments regularly. Ensure all equipment, including hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and fitness machines, are functioning properly; report any maintenance needs promptly.
Assist in setting up and breaking down areas for spa sessions as needed.
Team Collaboration
Support therapists, instructors, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to address operational needs.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about spa offerings and protocols.
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management immediately.
Handle lost and found items according to established policies.
