Job Purpose

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to be one of our members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• This includes market analysis, target audience identification, and setting measurable goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages creativity and high performance.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Ensure all campaigns are on‑brand, on‑budget, and aligned with the company’s marketing strategy.
• Provide strategic direction and support during the pre‑sales process to help the business development team engage prospects effectively.
• Develop compelling value propositions and marketing materials that address prospects’ needs.
• Lead the development of marketing strategies and plans for proposals and bid documents.
• Ensure all strategies are well‑researched, data‑driven, and tailored to the needs of the audience.
