Why We're Hiring
Our product marketing team is growing. Today, one PMM supports 6–7 product managers, a heroic effort, but not sustainable. To scale effectively, launch game-changing products, and operate truly cross-functionally, we're bringing on another Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product launches. This role is critical : you'll shape how new products, especially Agentic AI, enter the market, gain adoption, and create measurable business impact.
The Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX. You'll own launches end-to-end, translating technical features into compelling stories that drive adoption and revenue. From positioning to sales enablement to post-launch analysis, you'll ensure our innovations make a splash, and stick. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments and loves building from scratch.
What You'll Do
- Lead GTM Strategy & Execution — Own launches from strategy to campaign rollout, ensuring they hit the market with clarity and impact
- Craft Positioning & Messaging — Translate complex AI capabilities into narratives that resonate with buyers
- Enable Sales & Success — Build training, playbooks, and battlecards so teams can pitch with confidence
- Drive Adoption — Partner with Product, Marketing, and CX to create programs that increase feature and product uptake
- Shape the Roadmap — Bring market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis into product planning
- Own Budgets & ROI — Plan, forecast, and track GTM investments to maximize efficiency and business outcomes
- Champion Market Insights — Continuously research trends, competitors, and customer needs to keep Lucidya one step ahead

Experience : 3–5 years in product marketing or GTM roles (SaaS or AI strongly preferred)Track Record : Proven success launching products and driving adoptionSkills : Positioning, storytelling, GTM execution, and sales enablementTools : Experience with in-app communication tools (e.g., Intercom, UserPilot) and analytics (Heap, Mixpanel)Mindset : Bias for action — you move fast, learn fast, and adapt fastLanguages : Arabic fluency required; strong English skills to leverage global AI resourcesLocation : On-site in KSA preferred, though remote from Egypt, UAE, Qatar, or Jordan is possibleWhy You'll Love This Role
