Job Description AON -Broker, Facultative MENA Al Khobar, KSA Job Overview Develop the KSA facultative portfolio through organic growth, prospecting new business opportunities, identifying markets and providing solutions to key issues for KSA clients / cedants Determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the client’s needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients Ability to negotiate cost-effective placements and maintain strong relationships with the reinsurance market Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects including research, initiation of contact, meetings, new business presentations Work with Head of Facultative - KSA and Aon colleagues across the business to identify opportunities and capitalize on account penetration and cross selling opportunities Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by Aon Re Maintain and grow relationships with underwriters in DIFC and international markets Work with the team to price and design conceptual facility programs (Note : relevant to Senior Broker only) Requirements For the position of Broker :

Preferably at least 3 years’ experience of Property Insurance, either within direct or facultative broking or underwriting For the position of Senior Broker : Preferably at least 5 years in-depth knowledge / experience of Property Insurance, either within Direct or Facultative Broking or Underwriting Experience across retail, re-insurance and retrocession property and / or construction placements. Experience in Power, Energy, Marine and / or other classes of businesses are an added advantage Established, proven record of re-insurance relationships Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional client service and building client relationships High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of business strategy Strong facilitation skills – able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain buy in Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills Able to prioritize and manage deadlines, work under pressure Comfortable explaining complex concepts and making recommendations to clients / client servicing teams About Aon Aon plc (NYSE : AON) is the leading global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing services.
