Job Title : Designer Architect (Hospitality, F&B, Residential, Masterplanning)

About the Role :

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Designer Architect to join their dynamic team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of a wide range of projects, including hospitality, F&B, residential, and masterplanning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet client requirements and project objectives.
Develop creative and innovative design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient.
Conduct site visits, gather data, and analyze project requirements.
Prepare and present design concepts, sketches, and presentations to clients.
Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate effectively with other disciplines, including structural, MEP, and landscape architects.
Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and materials.
Conduct research and feasibility studies as required.
Oversee the construction phase, providing technical support and resolving any design-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on Specific areas of expertise, hospitality, F&B, and residential.

Proven experience in (Specific software, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.

Fluency in English is essential, Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Desired Skills :

Experience in masterplanning and urban design.

Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices.

Experience in working with international design firms.

Understanding of operator requirements and their impact on design.
