Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for key healthcare accounts (hospitals, clinics, medical groups).
Build and maintain long‑term partnerships focused on trust, results, and value creation.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients are achieving their hiring and recruitment goals.

Sales Growth & Retention

Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and retention targets.

Develop and execute account plans to expand Scrub Valley’s footprint within the GCC healthcare market.

Consultative Support

Understand clients’ recruitment challenges and recommend tailored Scrub Valley solutions.

Guide clients on AI‑powered matching, job posting strategies, and candidate selection.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support.

Performance Monitoring

Track client performance metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, and platform engagement.

Present data‑driven insights to optimize recruitment processes.

Market & Product Insight

Stay updated on GCC healthcare market trends, licensing, and recruitment regulations.

Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to enhance the Scrub Valley platform.
