العمل لدى : مجموعة البلوشي للأغذية (Albloshi Food Group)

Overview

الوظيفة مسؤولة عن قيادة فريق المبيعات والميرشندايزر في منطقتي الغربية والوسطى ، متابعة تنفيذ الخطط البيعية وتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية، وتطوير العلاقات مع السلاسل الكبرى مع التنسيق مع المستودعات واللوجستيات لضمان توفر المنتجات وتنفيذ العروض الترويجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

قيادة فريق المبيعات والميرشندايزر في منطقتي الغربية والوسطى .
متابعة تنفيذ الخطط البيعية اليومية وضمان تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية.
بناء وإدارة العلاقات مع السلاسل الكبرى (دانوب، بن داود، السوبرماركت الرئيسية).
مراقبة أداء الفريق وتقديم التدريب والدعم المستمر.
متابعة وجود المنتجات على الأرفف وضمان تنفيذ العروض الترويجية.
إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن المبيعات، التغطية، وحركة السوق.
متابعة التحصيل والتأكد من إغلاق الفواتير في وقتها.
التنسيق مع المستودع واللوجستيك لضمان توفر المنتجات والتوزيع السلس.
دراسة السوق وجمع ملاحظات العملاء والمنافسين لتقديم توصيات للإدارة.

المتطلبات

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات الغذائية (FMCG)، منها سنتين على الأقل كإشراف.

معرفة قوية بإدارة الحسابات الكبرى (Key Accounts) خصوصًا الدانوب + بن داود .

إجادة اللغة العربية + إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية .

القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز الفرق الميدانية.

مهارات تواصل عالية مع العملاء وإدارة المفاوضات.

إجادة استخدام برامج المتابعة والتقارير (Excel – CRM).

رخصة قيادة سارية.

راتب أساسي : 6,000 – 8,000 ريال (حسب الخبرة).

مكان العمل

مقر أساسي في الغربية (جدة، مكة، الطائف) مع زيارات دورية للمنطقة الوسطى (الرياض).
