Engineering Planning Manager

At JASARA PMC, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Engineering Planning Manager to enhance our project execution capabilities. This pivotal role will involve crafting detailed engineering plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that all engineering projects meet high standards of quality and efficiency. As an Engineering Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic allocation of resources, developing timelines, and managing project risks to ensure successful completion. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing processes and improving overall project performance. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field). At least 10 years of relevant experience in engineering planning and project management. Demonstrated experience in overseeing complex engineering projects from conception to completion. Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Strong ability to analyze project data and create effective plans. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to mentor team members and engage with clients. Experience in risk assessment and mitigation in project environments. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively under pressure. Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
