In this key role, you will be responsible for aligning engineering projects and strategies with the overall business objectives of the organization. Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic planning processes to align engineering projects with corporate goals Lead engineering management initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve project outcomes Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and project prioritization Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and business development teams Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing recommendations for improvements Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding strategic initiatives and engineering performance Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management and strategic planning Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and leading cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills and proficiency in strategic planning methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders Ability to think critically and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment Experience with project management tools and techniques is highly desirable
