Senior Project Manager - MDLBEAST Foundation

Job descriptionDesign and develop new programs and initiatives that address the foundation’s priorities and objectives. Oversee the implementation of programs, including setting goals, managing budgets, and ensuring timelines are met. Coordinate with wider company teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes professional growth and development. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, advisors, community leaders, and government officials. Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that can enhance the foundation’s impact. Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness of the foundation’s work and impact. Oversee the creation of content for the foundation’s website, social media, newsletters, and other communication channels. Advocate for the foundation’s mission and initiatives through public speaking, media engagement, and policy influence. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., administration, social sciences). Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading and managing successful programs. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Passionate about the foundation’s mission and values. Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture. A fan of music and events. Direct report to the General Manager of the MDLBEAST Foundation. Collaborate with the XP Team and wider MDLBEAST Teams. Liaise with agencies, including marketing, design, social media, and PR firms.
The MDLBEAST Foundation is a non-profit foundation dedicated to revolutionizing the music industry by prioritizing community empowerment and growth. Its vision is to foster a music culture rooted in humanity and innovation, with a focus on well-being, sustainability, and conscious practices.
Through its research and awareness initiatives, such as Hearful tackling hearing health, the Foundation is taking tangible steps towards creating policies to ensure the wellbeing of our music ecosystem, while investing in technology for the promotion of listening safety.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the foundation’s mission to drive impactful initiatives and deliver its mandate effectively. This individual will work closely with the executive team, stakeholders, and partners to develop, implement, and manage programs that align with the foundation's strategic goals.
