Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and monitoring of business-critical applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across Java and Oracle PL / SQL environments.
- Manage and support web services integrations (SOAP & REST).
- Conduct testing and validation of APIs using SoapUI or similar tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application deployments.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply fixes.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes using ITSM tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve application stability and resilience.
Qualifications
