Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Develop and manage insurance products designed for digital sales channels.
Monitor the commercial performance of digital products and achieve assigned sales targets.
Collaborate with technology and marketing teams to design and optimize the digital customer journey and align product features with campaigns and sales objectives.
Launch new digital products and services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze customer behavior and digital platform data to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
Prepare periodic performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery for digital customers.
Identify market trends, customer needs and insurance industry benchmarks.
Enhance digital channels and ensure customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
Integrate data-driven insights to optimize the sales funnel – conversion rate and overall performance for Motor Insurance products.
Monitor Motor Insurance products\' performance across digital channels.
Track customer journeys, identify gaps and be responsible for continuous improvement.
Lead projects to test innovative solutions.
Explore and implement emerging digital tools.
Strong understanding of digital sales channels – systems and customer journey.
Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision making.
Responsible for generating new sales opportunities through digital channels and strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Academic Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Digital transformation, or a related field.
