Senior Reporting Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Senior Reporting Manager to join our Project Control team. In this key leadership role, you will take charge of developing and managing comprehensive reporting frameworks that monitor project performance and drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure that critical information is communicated effectively and that projects are delivered successfully. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of major projects and contribute to the advancement of the Vision 2030 initiative.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of reporting processes and standards for project monitoring and control.
• Analyze project data and key performance indicators to generate actionable insights and recommendations for project performance enhancement.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, summarizing project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting across all project phases.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting requirements and objectives.
• Mentor and guide the reporting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
