Customer Service & Hospitality : Excellent guest interaction and communication skills Polite, attentive, and professional demeanor Ability to handle guest complaints and requests gracefully Food & Beverage Knowledge : Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and dining etiquette Menu presentation and upselling skills Understanding of pairing food with beverages / wines Bartending Skills : Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits Beverage preparation, mixing, and garnishing techniques Maintaining stock, cleanliness, and hygiene of the bar Operational Skills : Order taking and serving efficiently Handling POS systems, billing, and cash / card transactions Table setup, clearance, and maintenance as per standards Hygiene & Safety : Knowledge of FSSAI / food safety and hygiene practices Maintaining cleanliness in dining and bar areas Responsible alcohol service practices Skills & Competencies : Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food, beverages, and dining etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Professional grooming and communication skills. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
