Overview
The Host / Hostess plays a crucial role in the hospitality industry, serving as the first point of contact for guests in restaurants, hotels, and other establishments. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.

- Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials and promotions.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about the venue's services and availability.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, striving for resolution.
- Monitor dining room activity and adjust seating arrangements as necessary.
- Assist in training new staff members on front-of-house procedures.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and guest satisfaction.
