Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary. Receiving and welcoming guests, and organizing wait times through the use of a waiting list system. Maximizing restaurant efficiency by managing table rotations and accommodating guests' seating preferences. Providing attentive and personalized service to each customer. Qualifications
Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, remaining positive and focused on delivering excellent customer service at all times. Capable of operating a POS system and managing money effectively. Equipped to adequately manage money and handle a point-of-sale system.
