Monetate is seeking a dynamic and consultative Sales Director, Middle East and Africa, to expand our presence across the region with a strong focus on the GCC. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with proven success selling SaaS solutions to Chief Marketing Officers and Heads of E-commerce at leading enterprise brands. The ideal candidate will be based in Saudi Arabia, fluent in Arabic, and bring a deep understanding of the regional business and cultural landscape.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Monetate’s commercial expansion across the Middle East and Africa, with an emphasis on key GCC markets such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar.
- Build and execute a regional go-to-market plan, targeting strategic enterprise accounts across retail, eCommerce, travel, and financial services.
- Own the full sales cycle : develop pipeline, engage C-suite buyers (especially CMOs and ecommerce leaders), negotiate contracts, and close new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Monetate at regional events, conferences, and in executive-level meetings.
- Provide regular insights into regional market trends, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations for long-term success.
What You’ll Need
5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise-level deals in the GCC region.Demonstrated success selling to senior marketing and digital executives.Native Arabic speaker; English fluency required.Based in Saudi Arabia, Saudi citizenship strongly preferred.Strong presentation and negotiation skills; ability to build trusted relationships with top decision-makers.Experience managing complex sales cycles and driving consultative value-based selling.MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.Bonus
