Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Saudization Coordinator, located in Yanbu. The coordinator will be responsible for managing Saudization initiatives, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes. Daily tasks include working closely with various departments to implement HR policies and strategies, conducting training programs, maintaining employee records, and addressing employee concerns and grievances. The role will also involve coordinating Saudization reporting and collaborating with external entities for compliance purposes.

Qualifications

• HR management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Knowledge and experience in managing Saudization initiatives and local labor regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct training programs and develop HR policies
• Proficiency in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the oil, gas, and energy sector is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
