Category Supervisor , responsible for managing and developing the Oud product category within the fragrance division, ensuring the product range meets customer needs and aligns with company objectives. Works closely with various departments to achieve business goals and maintain growth. Key Accountabilities

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, SOPs, and guidelines in a consistent and compliant manner. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, operations, and practices in line with leading standards. Support operational efficiency by optimizing costs and productivity. Encourage others to follow policies and procedures. Embed a culture of development and performance within the Product Development Unit. Lead, guide, and evaluate direct reports, ensuring clarity in performance expectations and accountability. Identify and hire top talent for the unit, including senior-level specialists. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to ensure professional growth. Develop succession plans and career paths for team members and ensure their regular review. Act as a role model in applying corporate values and fostering a positive work environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are looking for : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in

product development

or a similar field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially

Excel and Microsoft Power BI ). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in category management, preferably in

fragrances .
