The position involves : Establishing sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals and sales targets and KPIs. Assisting with market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and IT industry trends. Driving revenue growth by promoting and selling cloud services and solutions to customers. Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients and providing excellent customer service. Developing proposals and pricing quotes based on client’s requirements. Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations. Coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are looking for : 2+ years of IT sales experience within a similar industry. Experience with CRM tools, e.g., Salesforce. Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Systems). Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sales and marketing purposes. Experience in selling AI (artificial intelligence)-based technology solutions. Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (like AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals) are valued.
