Nature & Scope

The role reports directly to the CEO, supporting day-to-day executive operations, board governance, and corporate communications. The position serves as the main point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders regarding official CEO communication and public relations.

The incumbent will work closely with leadership members across departments and utilize communication platforms, office management tools, and branding materials to ensure consistent corporate messaging and administrative efficiency.

Principal Accountabilities

Executive & Administrative Support

• Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and leadership team members.
• Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the leadership team.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up action items for leadership and board meetings.
• Serve as Board Secretary, maintaining official records and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
