Bid Manager

We are partnering with a distinguished EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Contracting) Group based in the GCC region. With a steadfast dedication to sustainable development, they've forged strong partnerships with the public sector to drive progress in the energy and infrastructure domains.

Currently, they're seeking a proficient Bid Manager to join their office in KSA and be responsible fordelivering proposals on time and in compliance with customer requirements, developing proposal plans, organizing bid kick-off meetings, analyzing contract conditions, managing partner and client interactions, coordinating pre-bid agreements, integrating proposal packages, reviewing / editing inputs from various stakeholders, communicating effectively at a senior level, and managing document templates in line with company branding.

Responsibilities :

1- Proposal Planning and Execution :

• Develop and implement Proposal Plans to ensure the timely delivery of compliant and professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes.
• Organize and conduct bid kick-off meetings to initiate proposal development processes.
