Key Requirements

• Professional experience focused on real estate development, urban planning, and architectural design.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects in the Middle East (KSA experience preferred).
• Portfolio required – must showcase conceptual design, master planning, and built projects.
• Proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, municipal regulations, and sustainability guidelines (e.g., Mostadam).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
