General Description of Role and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that program and project requirements are being met.
- Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client and the stakeholders.
- Review submitted shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings & specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international airport design and operations best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all Hill internal processes and procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Time management and task prioritization skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.Minimum 10 years of relevant airport experience in large-scale projects.Prepares interior design RFPs and drawings for projects, including conceptual design, space planning, and drawinglayout, development of details, construction documents, coordination with other disciplines, and construction administration.Determines design criteria based on ADRM and ICAO, drawing sequence and presentation, sizing various system components, and refining rough sketches and notes to include materials, furniture, and casework elements.Responsible for working on all phases of company projects, such as client and stakeholder relationships, design, specifications, project team coordination, construction documents, and consultant interaction.Gathers and prepares information regarding cost and time estimates, material requirements, and completion times.Supervise and monitor work progress.Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, consultants, and constructors.Experience of working internationally (preference for the Middle East / KSA).
