Machine Operator

Role Purpose

Operate and maintain the machine to produce high quality products

Accountabilities

• Operate and maintain the machine to ensure delivering the production plan
• Accurate reporting of data (quantity – downtime reason - raw material) via MES
• Follow, adhere and update the manufacturing checklists and logs
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (Safety, Basic maintenance, Operation including quality tests, change-over, troubleshooting, adjustments / fine tuning)
• Minimize waste through following the Manufacturing SOPs
• Adhere to World Class Manufacturing practices & TPM and comply with Menabev Best Practices
• Assist mechanical / electrical technician during problem solving and preventive maintenance
• Perform line start-up, hand-over and shutdown as per SOPs
• Preformed the cleaning activities of assigned machine and area as per manufacturing SOPs’
• Carry out all task as per standard operating procedures and adherence to company policy, HSE / FS / GMP standards
• Conduct basic maintenance of the assigned equipment(s) including continuous monitoring of machine condition, perform minor repairs, and lubricate equipment(s)
• Conduct on job training to colleagues as assigned
