ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking Bid & Contract Officer to join our team. This role, you will be drafting and managing contracts, preparing proposals, and reviewing legal documents. You will ensure compliance, coordinating with teams, and mitigating risks.
Duties / Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary data and information
- Analyze tender documents and client requirements to develop competitive solutions
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of all proposals
- Review and maintain proposal documentation to ensure quality and compliance
- Manage government tenders and submissions through the Etimad Platform.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or a related fieldFluent in English and Arabic.0-2 years of experience in bid management and contract administration.Technical Skills :
