Key Responsibilities
- Manage and share personal data.
- Oversee organizational news and communications.
- Employee search and data management.
- Monitor attendance and time tracking.
- Task management and follow-up.
- Review and manage work cards.
- Financial calculations and reporting.
- Manage and register training courses in SAP.
- Manage housing reservations.
- Report violations.
- Provide technical support for SAP systems.
- Provide technical support for non‑SAP systems.
- Provide IT support for production systems.
- Provide support for facilities management.
- Request services in SAP systems.
- Partner System – daily visits tracking.
- Partner System – worker attendance.
- Contact Center Management – create and follow up on requests.
- Review Research & Innovation Institute reports.
- Loyalty program management.
- Secure login – Active Directory integration.
- Manage notifications and alerts.
- H2O application.
