Plan, coordinate, and execute all maintenance, installation, and repair activities to ensure seamless household operations.
Maintain all systems to be 24 / 7 up and running, ensuring uninterrupted functionality of critical household services.
Oversee and manage electrical installations including panels, switchgears, lighting systems, generators, and associated controls.
Ensure plumbing systems—including piping networks, pumps, water treatment units, HVAC plumbing connections, and fixtures—are fully operational and maintained.
Oversee low-current and security systems, including CCTV systems, access control systems, fire alarm systems, public address (PA) systems, structured cabling and networking infrastructure.
Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance to prevent system downtime.
Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance logs, work schedules, and technical reports for all household systems.
Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers for specialized maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
Implement energy‑efficient solutions and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and reduce operational costs.
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, household protocols, and best practices for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-current systems.
Apply knowledge of smart home technologies and building management systems (BMS) to optimize household operations.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for maintenance activities.
Provide guidance, training, and performance oversight to team members to ensure high-quality work and reliability.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a safety-conscious approach in all tasks.
Coordinate multiple maintenance activities efficiently while maintaining uninterrupted service delivery across the household.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering field.
Proven experience managing small teams in residential or similar environments.
Mentor a small team of technicians and junior engineers responsible for the household’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-current systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and low-current systems.
Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, fire alarms, PA systems, and structured cabling.
Proficiency in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with smart home systems and building management systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours to ensure 24 / 7 household system uptime.
