Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or related discipline Experience in project engineering — ideally within HVAC, geothermal, industrial cooling, or manufacturing environments Hands‑on capability in commissioning, metering, system analytics, and operational hand‑over Strong coordination and communication skills with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast‑scaling environment with multiple dynamic priorities Be part of a mission transforming cooling and HVAC infrastructure in key sectors — including data centers, agriculture, aquaculture, poultry, commercial buildings and manufacturing Work with technology that shifts geothermal cooling from CapEx‑heavy to operationally optimized, delivering measurable cost and carbon savings for end‑users Accelerate your career in a high‑growth environment — targeting 15 MW‑th installation within 3 years and 50 MW‑th within 5 years across the region Mid‑Senior level Full‑time Project Management, Engineering, and Quality Assurance Industries : Engineering Services, Construction, and Civil Engineering

Project Engineer – Geothermal & HVAC Systems | MENA Expansion
Looking to drive the future of low-carbon cooling? We are rapidly scaling geothermal cooling and energy‑efficiency solutions across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region — and we’re looking for a talented Project Engineer to help deliver and optimize cutting‑edge installations.
Our systems significantly reduce energy use, CO₂ emissions, and footprint for industrial, commercial and manufacturing facilities. As we grow at speed, this role will play a critical part in ensuring successful execution, strong operational performance, and continuous improvement across our deployments.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and analyze real‑time performance data to validate system efficiency and recommend enhancements
- Lead project execution from mobilization and installation through commissioning and hand‑over
- Oversee operations and maintenance activities to maximize uptime, reliability, and lifecycle value
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure delivery excellence
- Develop documentation including progress updates, commissioning records, and performance reports
- Support integration and troubleshooting of smart remote monitoring and IoT fault‑detection technology
- Drive continuous improvement of system health and performance based on data insights
