Commercial Director

The Commercial Director is responsible for developing and executing the company’s commercial strategy to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand market share. This senior leadership role oversees sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies

aligned with company objectives to accelerate growth and profitability. Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams , setting performance targets, KPIs, and growth objectives. Identify new market opportunities

and oversee business development initiatives. Build and maintain strong client relationships

and strategic partnerships to drive long‑term value. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams

(e.g., finance, operations, product development) to align on pricing, promotions, and product strategies. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to inform strategic decisions. Negotiate high‑value contracts and commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners. Oversee the development of marketing and branding strategies to enhance the company’s market position. Report regularly to the executive team

on commercial performance, forecasts, and strategic insights. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations in all commercial activities. Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s / MBA preferred). 10+ years of commercial leadership experience, ideally within (industry). Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving commercial targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent financial and analytical acumen.
