Commissioning Engineer – BMS

for our Riaydh office. Responsibilities

Perform commissioning, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of

Building Management Systems (BMS)

including HVAC controls, lighting, access, and energy monitoring systems Program and integrate BMS devices and controllers (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Tridium, etc.) Collaborate with design, installation, and project teams to ensure smooth system startup and handover Prepare and review commissioning plans, checklists, and functional test reports Ensure all systems meet client requirements and comply with project specifications and industry standards Provide onsite and remote technical support during commissioning and post-handover stages Train end-users on BMS system operation and provide documentation support Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or relevant engineering discipline Minimum

3–6 years

of hands-on experience in

BMS commissioning Solid understanding of HVAC systems, control logic, sensors, and communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX) Experience with one or more BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, Honeywell EBI, etc.) Ability to read control schematics, sequence of operations, and system drawings Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Willingness to travel locally and internationally if required Must be based in
