About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Architecture Inspector (Landscape) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and inspecting landscape architectural projects to ensure compliance with local regulations, design standards, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Conduct thorough site inspections of landscape architectural projects throughout Riyadh and surrounding areas
- Review and analyze landscape design plans, specifications, and construction documents for compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, identifying any issues or areas of non‑compliance
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve design and construction‑related concerns
- Evaluate the use of sustainable landscape practices and recommend improvements where necessary
- Utilize CAD software and GIS systems to assess and document landscape designs
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards
- Provide expert advice on landscape architecture principles and best practices to project stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and present findings to clients and team members
What do we need from you
