Responsibilities
The Senior Sales KAM will lead strategic enterprise and government relationships, driving InnovationTeam’s business growth in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud and software solution sales Enterprise level, with a proven ability to secure large‑scale contracts and lead a full 360° sales strategy.
Lead sales strategy for enterprise and government accounts.
Drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
Identify and close complex opportunities across Software, cloud, AI, and digital transformation projects.
Develop account plans, pipeline forecasts, and strategic partnership initiatives.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
Represent InnovationTeam in key customer and partner meetings.
Maintain alignment with business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in enterprise technology or government sales.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Deep understanding of cloud, LLM / AI, in‑house and managed service business models.
Strong relationship‑building and decision‑making skills at executive level.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Saudi nationals only.
