Project Development Specialist

Alkaffary Group is looking for a dynamic and innovative Project Development Specialist to support the company's growth and development by improving internal processes, coordinating across departments, and exploring external business opportunities. The role focuses on both internal enhancements and external market engagement to ensure efficient project execution and long-term partnerships.

Internal Responsibilities

• Analyze Company Needs : Review ongoing projects to identify areas for improvement or additional support.
• Enhance Work Processes : Develop or improve internal policies and procedures to accelerate execution and reduce errors.
• Departmental Coordination : Facilitate communication and collaboration between the projects team and other departments such as Procurement, Marketing, and Sales.
• Performance Tracking : Prepare regular reports on project progress and compare outcomes against set targets.
• Project Database Management : Maintain and update a structured database for current and potential projects for easy access and reference.
